These Terms set the rules for using the jorevantis.com rental desk website. By using the site or sending a booking request you accept them.

The website is operated by jorevantis.com LLC, EDRPOU code 71721553, Office 7, Business Center Renaissance, 24 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. Contact: contact@jorevantis.com, +380 962 712 9441. This information is published in line with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce".
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to submit false or third-party data, scrape or copy content, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the site. We may refuse or cancel requests that breach these rules.
3. Rental terms
Listings show price, deposit, availability and key conditions before booking. Cancellation, liability, damage, complaint and dispute procedures follow Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection". Complaints go to the contacts below; we reply within the periods set by that law, and disputes may be raised with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or in court.
4. Intellectual property
Text, imagery, branding and layout on this site belong to jorevantis.com LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written consent.
5. Advertising and claims
Descriptions of vehicles, availability, pricing, range and safety are accurate and substantiated, and are published in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР "On Advertising".
6. Personal data and cookies
Personal data and cookie-based analytics or ad tracking are processed on a lawful basis as described in our Privacy Policy, under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX "On Personal Data Protection".
7. Language
Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian as required by Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language". This English version is an additional convenience translation.
8. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses from site use; liability under rental agreements and towards consumers stays as set by mandatory Ukrainian law.
9. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law, with disputes heard by the competent courts of Kyiv. We may update them and publish the new version with its date here.
