Rental Agreement

1. Provider information

The provider is identified in line with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce": legal name, registration code, location and contact details appear above and in the footer.

2. Eligibility and identification

The renter must be at least 18 years old and present a valid passport or ID and, where required, a driving licence of the relevant category. Documents are checked at handover and handled under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX "On Personal Data Protection".

3. Price, deposit and fees

Rental price, deposit and any delivery or late-return fees are shown before booking, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection". The deposit is refunded within 7 business days after return, less documented charges.

4. Safety briefing and use

Equipment is released only after a safety briefing and test ride. Use it for its intended purpose, within permitted areas, without subletting or carrying a second rider.

5. Rider responsibilities

The renter is responsible for helmets and protective gear, for traffic rules and for fines incurred during the rental period.

6. Damage and loss

The renter covers repair costs for damage beyond normal wear and the market value of lost equipment, supported by an estimate or invoice.

7. Return conditions

Return on time, at the agreed location, with the same charge level; late return is charged at the published hourly rate.

8. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@jorevantis.com; we reply within 14 days. Disputes are handled under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection". Consumer information is available in Ukrainian as required by Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language"; English content is supplementary. Range, availability and safety claims follow Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising".
