2. Scope
This policy covers every rental booking made on jorevantis.com and forms part of your rental terms under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.
3. Cancellation windows
- More than 48 hours before the rental start: full refund of the rental fee.
- 24 to 48 hours before the start: 50% refund of the rental fee.
- Less than 24 hours before the start, or after it: no refund.
4. No-show
If the item is not collected within 2 hours of the agreed start, the booking is treated as a no-show: no refund is due and the item may be released to other customers.
5. Deposit
Any refundable deposit is returned within 7 business days of the return inspection. Any deduction is itemised in writing and supported by photos.
6. Delivery and collection fees
Delivery and collection fees are shown before payment and are not refunded once delivery has started. Mandatory fees are never hidden in the rental price.
7. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval.
8. Complaints and disputes
Send a complaint to contact@jorevantis.com; we reply within 14 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.

Mandatory consumer information is provided in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language'; this English text is additional. Price, availability, range and safety statements are accurate and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'. Booking data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3687-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.
