01 Rental periods, deposit and confirmation

Pick a period first. The desk confirms the bike second.

Rental periods run from 4 hours to a full week, and every rate covers the e-bike, helmet, lock, charger, lights and phone mount. The 10 to 15 minute equipment orientation is included in the period, not added on top of it.

A refundable deposit is held at pickup. Riders must be at least 18, show a valid ID and sign the rental agreement before the bike leaves the desk.

02 · Rental periods

Rent by the hour, not by the day

Every rate below covers the e-bike, helmet, lock and the 10 to 15 minute handover. Availability is confirmed at the desk after we check the battery and your ID, so a sent request is not yet a confirmed booking.

Refundable deposit of 2 000 ₴ per bike, returned when the bike comes back at the same charge level and without damage.
Late return is billed 120 ₴ per started hour, capped at the full-day rate.
Riders must be 18 or older, show a valid ID and sign the rental agreement at pickup.

Deposit, delivery and return terms, before you inquire

Every rental is confirmed at the desk. These are the standard terms for Kyiv pickups; your quote repeats them in writing before you pay.
